If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with our products, simply return your order, within 28 days of purchase, in its original condition and packaging, along with the order form and we will happily offer you an exchange or refund.

We recommend you take your package to your local Post Office counter and request a “Certificate of Posting” (a postcard showing our address that the Post Office will date stamp for you). We can only accept responsibility for lost parcels if you are able to produce this.

Our 28-day money back guarantee does not affect your statutory rights. The order form must be included with your returned products to show proof of purchase. Money back guarantee is not available for download, please see below for details on downloads.
Returns may take up to 21 days to process.
If the product was purchased as part of a promotion (buy one get one free), it's not guaranteed you will receive a full refund depending on what items within the offer are returned.

DOWNLOADS POLICY
Once your order and payment has been processed, your download will be available for you to download on your account.
All downloads are high resolution images which allow you to print up to an 16"x12" print.
We recommend you download and save your images to your own device.
Our system registers when the photographs have been downloaded, after which, you will not be eligible for a return or refund.
If you wish to cancel your order for downloads and our system shows you have not yet downloaded the images, we may offer you an exchange or store credit for future purchases.
